Join me for a wellness and weight loss journey through plant based eating, a colorful plate palette and a playful spirit. Take the first steps to feeling better, eating healthier and nourishing your body with tasty healthy foods. This is a jumpstart to a new healthier lifestyle.

Why Playful?

It is how I decided to approach this BIG change.

I approached plant based in a playful way which allowed me to embrace the change with JOY! I played with the colors, with the recipes. I celebrated each successful meal, each food item, shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables. I celebrated feeding my mom(who had come to shelter in place at the start of COVID for 10 months) and hubs healthful foods. I played with recreating our favorite dishes and was AMAZED at how you can make black beans taste like brownies or chick peas taste like tuna. Playful is how I approach so much in my life. I love to play so why not embrace the idea of play in the kitchen. Now over a year later, I enJOY being in the kitchen more than ever before and I have completely embraced the creativity that happens in the kitchen, the color, the play that happens in the kitchen and I want to share that JOY with you.

Here, I will share the methods I use to keep this healthy, interesting and ongoing. Are you ready for something different? Are you ready for some fun? Are you ready to change?

I’m Tiare. I’m just a girl on a plant based journey, trying to live a healthier life, so that we can enJOY playful moments until we can’t anymore.

On October 27, 2020 I decided to give up meat, cold turkey! Pun intended. On that day, I cleaned out all meat, eggs and processed foods. We weren’t much of dairy eaters so there was none to clear out. Much to my hubby’s dismay, I gave away about $100 worth of meat to our neighbors. I gave it to those with children. Therefore, it felt good to feed the kids. For me, cold turkey was necessary because keeping that much meat might possibly mean that I would never start. You gotta jump while the iron is hot! And over a year later, we are still going strong, 55 lbs down. More clarity. More energy. More knowledgable. Ready to share.

The course starts now and goes through January 31, 2022. Afterward it is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
